Is your website bringing you customers, or sending them away?

Most small-business websites lose customers before they ever call. Take the 30-second check to see if yours does.

The 30-second website check.

Open your website on your phone and answer six questions. Nothing is sent anywhere.

  1. Is your phone number on the first screen? On your phone, without scrolling.
  2. Does it load in under three seconds?Count "one Mississippi" from the moment you tap.
  3. Is there a padlock next to the address? No "Not secure" warning in the address bar.
  4. Can you read it without zooming in?No pinching to make the text bigger.
  5. Are your reviews on the site?Your Google reviews, quoted or linked.
  6. Has anything been updated this year?Prices, photos, hours, the © year at the bottom.

A bad website loses you jobs you never hear about.

You've done the hard part: the training, the tools, the good reviews. Then the customer clicks through to your website, and that's where many of them quietly leave.

  1. 97% of people read online reviews when choosing a local business.1
  2. After reading good reviews, 54% go to the business's website next. Your website is often the last thing they see before they call.1
  3. 85% say clear contact details and opening hours matter when they choose.2
  4. On phones, 53% of visits are abandoned when a page takes longer than three seconds to load.3

Every one of those people was already close to calling you. A website that's slow, hard to read on a phone, or hides your number hands them to the next business on the list.

Will my email stop working?
No. We only change the one record that points to your website. Email settings are never touched.
